The following list of Black Social Engineering Operations was first devised in the early 20th century, probably by the Russian Czarist Secret Police. I reject the anti-semitic context in which it was written and it's use as a tool of persecution and hate mongering. The content presented herein has no trace of the anti-semitic references. I believe that after WWII American social scientists studied the Protocols in great detail, and after "Operation Paperclip ", which brought nearly 10,000 Nazi scientists and intellectuals to America in 1946-1947 the Protocols were adopted by the shadow military industrial-congressional complex, as the blueprint for the New World Order. Henry Kissinger was one of the Nazi's who was given entry to America under "Operation Paperclip".

Protocol XVI
1. The intensification of armaments, the increase of police forces - are all essential for the completion of the aforementioned plans. What we have to get at is that there should be in all the States of the world, besides ourselves, only the masses of the proletariat, a few millionaires devoted to our interests, police and soldiers.
